(2) Vendor needs to capture the data from these images and output them in a specified format. Each Certificate of Offence requires approximately 300 keystrokes. All work shall take place at the Vendor’s worksite, which shall have a computing facility with secure ftp server capability and be located within the province of Ontario.
(3) Vendor needs to submit all the processed data within 3 business days and all data consolidated into a single file in an acceptable electronic format.
(4) Vendor must pay $25 non-refundable fees to vendor in order to apply for this RFP

We are Ireland based organization looking for Expert Vendor (From Ireland Only) for our requirement of Data Entry Service.

(1) Service Provider will be required to enter data for two types of Forms with various fields (elements).
(2) There would be an approximate of 35 fields with details like Client Id No., Centre name, First Name, Surname, Contact No., Mobile No., etc.
(3) VOLUME: Approximately 50000 to 75000 Forms
(4) Although, there is no budget amount set aside. The hope is that the work would come in well below 50000 EUROs however we are doing a tender in case this amount is exceeded.
(5) Currently forms are held at various locations (approx 20-30 locations within the country) and will require secure collection and secure return to respective locations on completion of data entry. For Security and Data protection reasons, hardcopy personal information in no cases shall be allowed to be moved out of national boundaries.
(6) Appropriate numbering and proper filing of Forms (Filing method to be agreed) will also be required.
(7) All the data entry would be done onto a software solution which would be supplied on one of more laptops and should be returned to us on completion to allow synchronization of data with the main stream.
(8) Although Time is of the utmost importance, quality and accuracy should not be compromised.
(9) Samples are provided along with Tender documents.
