[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Document Scanning and Indexing Services for around 30 boxes of around 7000 documents per month for government authority.
(2) The documents will be process in both paper and electric format.
(3) Vendor should upon request, collect, transport, scan and deliver documents.
(4) This contract may be extended in one (1) year increments for a maximum of five (5) years.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
