[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide vendors for scanning services for approximately $30,000.00 in allocated funds.
• The City desires to procure specific services, including digitization of microfiche/microfilm, document scanning and quality control services. It is the responsibility of the Vendor to quality check images converted or scanned and ensure adherence to the City ’s criteria.
• Document imaging/scanning services for large and small documents which with include but are not limited to building plan sets and drawings, maps, structural calculations, compliance documentation, engineering plans, development files and plans, tract and parcel maps, and other various large format documents.
• The default for scanning is Black & White: 300 dpi, TIFF; photos or drawings that are in color, scanned in color 300 dpi, only photos or drawings (not the whole file).
• Vendor will maintain the quality and detail of an image while striving to reduce size of the electronic image (i.e. keep them in color or copy in grayscale).
• Selected Vendor will use 300 dpi or higher for those documents where it is required to meet the quality requirements.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 18, 2020
(3) The contract period will be for one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
