[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide historic plat books preservation, restoration, and archival imaging services using scanning resolution at minimum of 300 DPI at 256 gray levels in PDF, TIFF format.
- offer services of preservation, restoration, and archival imaging of historic plat books,
- Deeds has 57 plat books, which contain historic land records, The books age in range from 50 to 100 years old,
- Create a permanent log (noting condition, page order, characteristics, and treatments) for each item upon receipt.
- Dismantle plat books by hand,
- Ensure the optimum image quality with custom image clean up and enhancements such as deskew, despeckle, character repair, polarity reversal, and zonal processing.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 3, 2020
