[B] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide Digitization of 84 reels of 16- and 35-mm film.
• All reels will need to be cleaned prior to digitizing.
- Ultrasonic cleaning preferred, however hand cleaning will be accepted if the film is too brittle or delicate.
• Vendor must correct color shifts and fading; following Federal Agencies Digitization Guidelines Initiative archival best practices http://www.digitizationguidelines.gov/audio-visual/
- Laser graphics scan station preferred (Sproketless transport) w/ resolution scan of 4K.
- Alternate methods accepted provided they meet the FADGI best practices, if using an alternate method please include that method in your bid response.
• Reels and hard drive containing files will be returned upon completion of the project.
- Hard drive must be compatible with Windows 10

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
