[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide newspapers on microfilm digitization, OCR, xml metadata services using scanning resolution between 300-400 dpi in TIFF and JPEG2000 file format.
- Grayscale images (scanned for maximum resolution possible between 300-400 dpi, relative to the original material) primarily from microfilm
- Validated Master digital page image format = TIFF 6.0 uncompressed
- Validated PDF Image with Hidden Text = 1 PDF per page
- Appropriate XMP metadata incorporated with each .JP2 file
- Each .JP2 image 6 decomposition levels, and 25 quality levels
(2) Approximate work volume will be 100,000 pages.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
