[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document conversion and scanning services on an as-needed basis using scanning resolution at 200 DPI in PDF file format.
- An approximately work volume
Universal Document Conversion Services (Scanning): 5,250,000 images of Scan and convert standard-sized documents (8 1/2" x 11", 8 1/2" x 14", 11" x 17"), 200 DPI Black and White, 1,000,000 Images of Scan and convert standard-sized documents (8 1/2" x 11", 8 1/2" x 14", 11" x 17"), 200 DPI Color, 400,000 images of Scan and convert miscellaneous photographs and documents smaller than 8-1/2" x 11", 200 DPI Black and White, 200,000 images of Scan and convert miscellaneous  photographs and documents smaller than 8-1/2" x 11", 200 DPI Color.
- 6,850,000 images of OCR Documents.
- Large-Format Document Conversion Services:
20,000 images of Scan and convert Large Format Documents (i.e. 24" x 36"),200 DPI Black and White, 25,000 Images of Scan and convert Large Format Documents (i.e., 200 DPI Color.
- Indexing (Metadata Capturing):
244,643 images of Per Metadata Field - Indexing, NO cross-reference file (i.e. database export CSV, master table, etc.) - Average 8 characters long, 4 fields per file, 733,929 images of Per Metadata Field - Indexing, WITH Cross Reference File (i.e. database export CSV, master table, etc.) available for
validation - Average 8 characters long, 4 fields per file.
- 125,000 Slides of Scan and convert Jacketed Microfiche slides (with 75 - 150
images per slide), 50 Cartridges of Scan and convert cartridge Microfiche, 60 Trips of Pickup paper records from a VTA property and Delivery of paper records back to a VTA property, 2400 Boxes of Destruction of Boxed Records, 500,000 Images of On-Premises Scanning (Existing items from A-D).
(2) A virtual pre-proposal conference will be held on January 20, 20201.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than January 29, 2021.

[D] Work Performance:

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.

[E] Proposal Submission:

Response should be submitted physically (courier or post).
