[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document scanning services using scanning resolution at 300 dpi in PDF file format.
- documents scanned and housed in cloud storage system
- All documents shall be scanned and stored as pdf files in a resolution which preserves the documents initial scale and size.
- Includes medium document preparation, scanning, indexing, PDF, 300 DPI, color or black/white
(2) Approximate work volume will be review 11,000 drawings, remove duplicates, identify the latest version, record set level indexing in database and review 7,900 Document Review/Cataloging Extra Drawings.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than March 11, 2022.
