[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide logbook data entry, document scanning, and data verification services in PDF file format.
- logbook forms are pre-printed questionnaires that are answered by permit holders who are required to submit one or more forms after each fishing trip
- Scan above referenced reporting forms received from SEFSC on a weekly basis and return images as a .tif image file saved using a naming nomenclature that corresponds to the tracking number from the scanned form
- These scanned pdf files shall be delivered via a secure site for electronic file transfer in pdf format. An email notification shall be provided to the project lead upon completion of the electronic batch file transfer.
- software application which enables the transfer of files from one computer to another, containing reporting forms data
- data and scanned images using a Secure File Transfer Protocol.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 16, 2022.
(3) This bid is set aside for total small business.

Performance of the work will be Onsite and Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
