[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide document scanning services in TIFF, JPEG and PDF file format.
- Process single-sided, as well as double-sided pages
- Process a department requirement to remove blank pages in the image
- Scan to dots per inch (dpi) resolution requirements based on department
- Scan to searchable Adobe Acrobat PDF
(2) Approximate work volume will be 8,600 large format documents 25,100 small format documents and 875 custom files.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than March 18, 2022.
(4) A pre-bid conference will be held on March 17, 2022.
(5) Contract term will be three years.
