(1) Vendor needs to provide historical permanent building permits digitization, scanning and conversion services using scanning resolution at 300 dpi in Adobe PDF file format.  
(2) Approximate work volume will be 22,083 permits files (350 - 375 boxes).
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than April 5, 2022.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
