[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide building permits to official electronic record imaging and conversion services includes large volumes of plans, calculations and administrative documents.
• Must be capable of scanning in color at a minimum of 200 dpi large format, 11x17 and 8-1/2x11 documents.
• Quality control checks of images, including verifying quantity of scanned pages.
• Cataloging of images and record info based on the barcoded separator cover sheet that the city will create and insert before each new document or plan set during the city’s prep process.
• Must be capable of reading bar codes to link permit data to scans
• Electronic transfer of images and cataloged data to city.
• Storage of hard copies of documents.
• Destruction of hard copies of documents.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 31, 2022.
(3) Contract term will be four years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
