[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide digital imaging services at scanning resolution 300 DPI in TIFF file format
- The project will consist of document preparation, document scanning, quality control/quality assurance and output into a customer defined format for upload. This project consists of closed Felony and Misdemeanor case files. The majority of boxes will contain non-scan items which will require inventory and placement into separate box,
- To convert paper documents to digital images for electronic storage
- Completed Images and metadata will be imported into the County’s enterprise electronic records management system, Laserfiche
- The records and metadata will be imported into Laserfiche 10.3 (or any upgrade implemented by project start) using SQL for the database
- Documents shall be scanned at 300 dpi black and white (b/w) into a multi-page tiff format.
(2) Approximate work volume will be Case Files 4,600,000 Pages (2300 boxes), Construction Building 100,000 pages (50 boxes), Juvenile Probation Case Files 250,000 pages (125 boxes), Offense Reports 500,000 pages (250 boxes), Oversized Documents 14,000 pages (7 boxes).
(3) An optional pre-proposal meeting will be held on April 12, 2022.
(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 28, 2022.
