[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide secure transport of documents to and from the vendor’s imaging facility. Pick up prepared packages of documents and plans to be scanned at predetermined times or within 24 hours of notification.
- Request to scan additional document may include but are not limited to:
- microfilm rolls;
- microfiche cards;
- aperture cards;
- archive files
- Images are to be scanned at a minimum of 300 PPI (not to exceed 600 PPI) and files shall be sent digitally or through other media in an Index Image Import file format.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than May 3, 2022.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
