[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to microfiche microfilm and digital conversion services for adoption and guardianship records.
- Adoption search request is received, staff retrieve the associated microfiche record, scan it, and print the documents.
- Adoption records include court records, case files, home study documents, etc. and must be tagged or grouped to indicate which person’s case the document corresponds to. Additional data, such as adoption date, may need to be attached to each file.
(2) Approximately 2,240,000 sheets of microfiche adoption records, or the equivalent of 156,800,000 individual pages.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 25, 2022
