(1) Vendor needs to provide conversion of paper records, as well as an overall migration into a digital environment for document and data processing.
- Scanning and digitization services shall include the capability to scan single-sided and double-sided records.
- Multiple pages that are part of a rolled, clipped, or folder-organized record shall be scanned as a single document.
- scanning of each collection of records, the respondent shall provide a cross reference inventory confirming each original record has been scanned and included in the electronic files.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 10, 2022
(3) The contract period will be for three years.
