[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide microfilm and scanning services
- Microfilm and Scanning of Highway Plans, Maps, Contract Plans, and Agreements
- Contractor shall provide quality controls such as checking for proper and clear imaging of the microfilm after processing (visual verification of microfilm to ensure accuracy of information).
- Contractor services shall include pickup of documents for scanning and converting to 16-millimeter (mm) microfilm roll and PDF files on DVD.
- The scanning of the agreements consists of converting 8 ½” x 11” size sheets of paper onto 16mm roll microfilm.
(2) Approximate work volume will be 50000 for Scan 8 ½ X 11 agreements and 50000 for 16mm roll film of scanned documents.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 29, 2022.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
