(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital scanning and indexing services using scanning resolution at 600 dpi in single page TIFF-CCITT Group 3 file format.
- Provide access to the (unprepared) original records for scanning
(2) Approximately work volume will be 4,000,000 documents.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 4, 2022
(4) The contract period will be for one year.
