(1) Vendor needs to provide official records image cropping and indexing service in TIFF and JPEG file format.
- provide the multi-page TIFF images for all designated documents.
(2) Approximately work volume will be 34 million microfilm and index book images from 1845-1991 into multi-page JPEG and TIFF images and inspected and enhanced approximately 9 million images.
(3) A pre-proposal conference will be held on May 6, 2022.
(4) All questions must be submitted no later than May 4, 2022.

Performance of the work will be Onsite and Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
