[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital file conversion services using scanning resolution at 300 dpi in PDF and OCR file format.
- To securely digitize paper files containing up to protected b information in a secure format and place them in a secure digital information space on an as-and-when requested basis.
- Files must be in searchable PDF.
- Optical character recognition within scanned files must be enabled.
- To provide digitized copies via secured file transfer or secured USBs.
- Scans urgent documents for ad hoc requests when need to prioritize the scanning of a document.
- Transfers the scanned documents through a gateway.
(2) Approximately work volume will be 165,000 files or 5.4 million pages with a possibility of up to 1.9 million files, or 22 million pages.
