[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide microfilming services using scanning resolution at 300 dpi.
- Collection of documents
- Removing all staples and paperclips
- Taping of small pages to a separate page
- All film to be Fujifilm 16mm x 100
- All roll microfilm shall include targets which adequately identify the records and targets needed to check for compliance with resolution requirements
- Retakes and retake targets should normally be spliced onto the beginning of the roll in which the errors occurred.
(2) Approximately work volume will be 650,000 criminal record images.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than June 7, 2022.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
