(1) Vendor needs to provide medical support services to produce real-time reports based on complete, accurate data to the government authority located in Augusta, ME.
- Mark and safeguard files, output products, and storage media per classification level and disseminate them only to individuals who are authorized to receive them with a valid need to know
- Create, maintain, and process medical and dental records for incoming, current, and exciting members
- Create hard copy medical record for new accessions within 14 calendar days of receiving the enlistment order
- Assist Service Members in scheduling appointments with appropriate medical and dental facilities
- Maintain medical/dental office and hospital contacts for case updates and medical records requests
- Schedule profile exams/evaluations and audiology exams at periodic health exam facility.
- Track medical appointments by communication with unit to ensure Soldier attendance and submission of follow up documentation.
(2) This bid is set aside for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program.
