(1) Vendor needs to provide Annual Scanning Records to Microfilm Conversion Services to microfilm convert electronically the images and preeminently archive to microfilm using laser based digital image writer technology. All electronic documents are to be in G4-TIFF format, and
indexed per requirements. must utilize a 24x to 70x reduction ratio, and scale images to best fit 16mm film. Mixed images and reductions must reside on the same roll of film.
(2) A contract period will be for one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
