Vendor needs to provide microfilming and scanning services to
-All documents to be fully prepped, removing all staples, paper clips and tabs and repair with acid free tape if necessary.
- Film on 16 mm planetary camera at 25x & 32x reduction using 130' 4 ml film.
- Film front and back side if necessary.
- Film all documents in comic mode.
- Film file folder as target card.
- First document of file (target folder) to receive 12 digit index number consisting of roll/batch/frame.
- Camera to automatically adjust so as to film 8-1/2" x 11" or smaller documents at 25x and 8-1/2" x 14" or larger documents at 32x.
- Film to be loaded on 16mm open spool with film lock.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
