[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to microfilm and digital document scanning and conversion service using scanning resolution at 600 dpi in pdf file format.
- application will begin a multiyear process of converting a large backlog of permit files (1909-2014) to flash drive
- The number of permits per year varies from 300 to 1,200. Each permit file has an average of seventy (70) images of varying size
- desires to digitally scan and archive local sewer permits from 1909 to the present
- original paper permit will be scanned and indexed to flash drives in multi-page PDF/A format
- Images requiring microfilm will be provided on one(1) copy of 35mm or 16mm microfilm for permanent secure storage, After the file is digitized, it will be re-bound (stapled, paper clipped, rubber banded) to its original condition.
(2) Approximately work volume will be 200,000 pages for microfilming and 850,000 pages for Scanning.
(3) A voluntary virtual walk-through will be held on August 17, 2022.
