(1) Vendor needs to provide film restoration and digitization service.
- 27-inch 8mm film reels in metal cases/tins
- Twenty-one (21) 3.75 inch 16mm film reels in 100’ rolls in cardboard boxes
- film converted to digital format
- Digitized to USB Stick/External Drive
- Frame-by-Frame Digital Images (.JPG/.TIFF/etc. format)
- Digitized to DVD(s), Preferably as Accessible Digital Files.
- A total of 45 reels of film. Estimate maybe 10,000-12,000 feet of film.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 30, 2022.
(3) This bid is set aside for total small business.
