[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide media legal case records conversion and indexing service.
- To handle onsite scanning, conversion, and indexing of legal case media records
- Scanning project of paper legal case records
- Media files to be converted into DocuWare as its DMS platform are directly related to legal case records previously scanned
- Software is heavily integrated into external systems and databases to enhance usability, flexibility, and data integrity
- Handle all prep, conversion, indexing, and additional duties as needed pertaining to conversion of media files
- Ensure integrity of processes, documents, and data
(2) Approximately work volume will be 7000 media files for Media File Conversion, Indexing and Uploading into DocuWare.
- Approximately 3 million images stored and 4000 medial files stored Oversight of conversion quality and uploading of approximately 7000 media files pertaining to the conversion team.
