[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide security cameras to upgrade and/or replace the current security camera system including cameras, servers, related hardware and operating software to the government authority located in Athens, WV.
- upgraded or new system will need to be 4K 8MP and the system will need to be compatible with existing IP cameras
- All cameras will be capable of recording sound with the option to turn sound recording off on a per camera basis
- All Cameras Must have a minimum of a 5-year warranty
- system will allow for a minimum of 30 days of video storage and the ability to capture video for permanent storage
- Cameras will cover all hallways, exits, entrances, elevators, stairwells, adjacent parking lots, fire escapes, and fire escape landings with enough detail to identify any individuals.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 2, 2023.
