[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide heritage program records digitization and archival service.
- Inventory hard copy documents and enter relevant data into an excel spreadsheet provided by the BLM RIFO. This will require a contractor who has passed a government background check and be issued computer access and familiarity with software including Microsoft office (Excel and Word), and Adobe Pro.   
- Digitize hard copy documents and file them electronically using the filing system provided by the BLM. The BLM will provide the office space, laptop, scanning equipment, office supplies and approved government digital storage devices to capture and transfer the digitized files.
- Ensure hard copies are labelled using the filing system provided by the BLM. The BLM will provide all office supplies, including file folders, labels, pens, etc. to complete this task. Maintain a correlation between the electronic index, hard copies and digital files generated for the duration of the project.   
- Ensure that confidential documents remain secured for the extent of the project. No documents or data will be removed from the BLM RIFO.  
- Throughout the process the vendor will be working closely with a technical point of contract to make recommendations for file retention or consolidation.  
(2) This bid is total small business set-aside (FAR 19.5).
