Vendor needs to provide water tap card scanning service to scan water tap cards for the department of public utilities.
- Qualified bidders should be able to completely and accurately scan and index approximately 100,000 single-sided, 5 inch x 8 inch tap cards.
- Integration with OnBase document storage system through the OnBase document import processor (DIP).
- All tap cards to be scanned as single-image PDF files.
- Pre-scanning document preparation, if necessary.
- Transportation of documents to and from site of operation.
- Sample scans of each document type, to be approved by the city before full production begins.
- Necessary storage of documents during lifetime of project, including current security protocol to protect documents in vendor’s possession.
- Plan of access for documents while in vendor’s possession.
- Clearly defined quality assurance plan for completed documents .
- OCR Document capture, if requested.
