[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide rent stabilization board files digital conversion services for approximately 1,000,000 documents in PDF file format.
- Prepare documents for digital conversion (e.g. removal of staples, clips, tape tears, unfold corners, move post-its blocking text)
- Conduct initial assessment of document types and Meta Data fields and provide scans of at least three (3) files for review and feedback
- Convert all documents to black and white digital format into searchable, Optical Character Recognition (OCR) PDF files
- Add Index/Meta Data values and fields; Meta Data fields should be categorized by property address.
- Conduct inspection of images to ensure clarity and accuracy of conversion
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2023.
(3) The contract period will be for five years.
