(1) Vendor needs to provide film and television archive services.
● Digitized collection objects, including motion picture film, video, and audio
● Born-digital collection objects, including DCPs, videos, and audio files
● Currently stores approximately 17,000 titles (approximately 30 million files if including DPX files) on LTO 3-8 and HDDs with a storage footprint of roughly 4.5PB.
● 4.5PB storage is required in year one
● 1.5PB additional in year two (total is 6PB)
● 1.5PB additional year three (total is 7.5PB)
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 6, 2023.
