[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide scanning and shredding services.
- Each Building Permit files/plats/plans will need to be scanned individually and saved as a PDF with a file name consisting of an address and/or project number and/or name and any other identification markers used to identify the file.
- The new digital records will need to be inventoried at the file level to create a database reflecting the details of our document inventory.
- The scanned files will need to be accessible via an encrypted web portal from which we can extract and place them into agency record management system.
(2) An on-site review of documents will be held on October 23 to 27, 2023.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2023.
