[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital file digitization service using scanning resolution at 400 PPI and 600 PPI in pdf and OCR file format.
- The electronic file must retain any colour and/or greyscale text, graphs and images contained in the original physical item.
- electronic file must be provided in PDF/A format.
- electronic file should include all pages contained in the original physical item, including the front and back covers and blank pages, with no duplication of pages and all pages in the same order as the original print item.
- electronic file must have scanned images that have been cropped in a proper manner.
- electronic file must be processed for Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and the text contained in the original print version should be searchable
- All text and images in the electronic file should be at least as legible as the text and images in the physical item.
(2) Approximately work volume will be 16,000 print publications.
