- Vendor needs to provide microfilm conversion, digital imaging and backfile archival indexing services using scanning resolution at a minimum of 300 dpi at 256 gray levels for best quality.
- Image capture, and output to 300 dpi greyscale JPEG and bi-tonal TIFF.
- Microfilm Conversion of Court Records including Index and Archival indexing of Deed Records Volumes A-Z, 1-80 which are Manuscript and Volumes 81-950 which are Typed.
- Volumes 851-853 are blank.
- Approximately 1980 rolls of 16mm microfilm (estimated 7000 images per roll).
-  Approximately 84,800 handwritten documents and 461,588 typed documents in the Deed books.
