Vendor needs to provide stamp artwork scanning, printing and shipping services.
- Contractor will receive approximately 500 hand-illustrated artwork pieces sent by youth artists throughout state, contractor is to scan each art piece and ship original artwork back to artist.  Contractor will provide high-quality PDF digital deliverable to Agency.
- The number of art pieces received each year varies but is usually between 250-500.
- Scan original artwork actual size using a high quality flat-bed scanner or equivalent equipment at 600ppi, high quality color match.
- Scan and provide a high-quality PDF
