- The final output will be one first generation, silver halide master negative and one positive or negative service copy on silver halide to serve as a user service copy. Master negatives must be produced in strict accordance with ANSI/ AIIM MS23-1991, "P 1991, "Practice for Operational Procedures/Inspection and Quality Control of First-Generation Silver-Gelatin Microfilm of Documents," and related standards as required by the NYS Discretionary Grant Program.
