[*] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide editing, codification and publication of code and home rule charter services.
- Four paper-bound volumes consisting of approximately 2,200 pages total (size: 8.5” x 11”).
- An electronic code that includes ordinances enacted through the end of the month preceding issuance of this request for proposals and which will be updated to include ordinances enacted through December 31, 2023.
- One paper-bound volume of 186 pages (size: 8.5” x 11”), current through March 2020 (the “2020 Reprint”).
- Approximately 45 pages of a cumulative charter sticker supplement that includes all charter amendments from March 2020 through March 2023.
- For codification and editing services in connection with periodic updates of the code and the charter, including the following five related items:
- Publication of the code and the charter through a cost-free website operated by the successful applicant and available through a link from the city’s website and periodic updates of the same.
- Production of a Windows-compatible electronic version of the updated code and the charter, periodic updates of the electronic code and charter thereafter (approximately monthly) and agreement to market and sell the same.
- Publication of hard-copy versions of new editions of the code and charter, including the publication of a stand-alone hard-copy version of the zoning and planning portion of the code and agreement to market and sell the same.
- Publication and sale of three annual hard-copy supplements to the code and periodic hard-copy updates to the code and the charter, including the zoning code and agreement to market and sell the same.
- The possible publication and consolidation of ordinances not included in or not published in the code with associated editing services.
