[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide microfilm retention services.      
- For broadband internet connectivity, private data networking and connectivity of differing topologies, cellular data connectivity, SIP services, network equipment and associated warranties or licenses, and managed services on behalf of agency, e-Link, and e-Link Consortium Members. The Consortium Members are comprised of a diverse group of healthcare and educational organizations operating nationwide
• Broadband internet connectivity for rural and urban healthcare provider sites as well as other agency eligible organizations.
• SIP Services across eligible Consortium Members’ connectivity.
• Private network connectivity for individual Consortium Leader and Member sites.
• Cellular data connectivity for network failover and mobile medical devices.
• Network equipment, technologies, and associated warranties and licensing.
• Managed services of network technology for Consortium Leader and Member sites.
• Cybersecurity services
• Leverage agency support for the Consortium Leader and Members: broadband connectivity, private data connectivity, cellular data connectivity, SIP services, networking equipment, associated warranties and licenses, managed services, and cybersecurity services as defined in this glossary of terms.
• Expand and improve the agency e-Link Network, to strategically enhance healthcare access to rural and underserved areas. Eligibility is determined by agency on an individual basis.
• Sustain agency e-Link’s Telehealth Network while refining expense and efficiencies.
(2) A pre-bid meeting will be held on November 17, 2023.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 27, 2023.        
(4) Letter of intent no later than November 13, 2023
(5) The contract period will be one year.
