[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document scanning services using scanning resolution at 600 DPI in PDF, TIFF or JPG file format.
- Indexing must be easy for staff to identify and distinguish between similar documents
- Each PDF file will contain the document images of the plans or groups of plans identified during the indexing process
- Each PDF file must follow a predetermined naming convention and tagging/indexing procedure to create documents that are searchable and compatible with a document management system.
- Duplex scan documents to capture both front and back of document where needed.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 30, 2023.
