Vendor needs to provide document scanning services at scanning resolution of 300 dpi into multi-page-PDF files of approximately 875,000 pages.
- Documents are in banker's boxes and filing cabinets, approximately 875,000 sheets.
- Hard copy original documents furnished in estimated 350 storage boxes will consist of a variety of materials, including but not limited to Blueprints, Faxes, fold-ins, 8-1/2 x 11 and 8-1/2 x 14 Forms, Maps, Non-standard sizes, Oversized documents, photos, bound in folders, Folded products, Paper clipped, and stapled documents.
- Approximately 350 banker boxes worth of files to be packed up into boxes (contractor Supplied) off of rotary filing cabinets.
- OCR NOT required - Format to be normal PDF images and text.
- 300 dpi, 8 or 16 bit - Web viewing, some digital printing, and OCR capable.
